As the first touchpoint once clients enter the space, this is an important position and the person must represent the san brand. The role involves greeting clients, scheduling classes, managing phone calls and emails, selling retail, managing the boutique, and providing general assistance to clients and team members. The ideal candidate must be reliable, outgoing, and professional, with a passion for wellness and delivering excellent customer service.

A flexible schedule is ideal, either working the morning shift (7:30am - 1:30pm) or afternoon (1:30pm - 7:30pm), or both. Weekend hours are 8am - 4pm.

As a quick learner, you will be able to adapt quickly to our systems and processes, ensuring the smooth operation of the studio. No job is too small, and we are looking for someone who is always willing to go above and beyond to help both clients and team members. You will need excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, to ensure that clients feel welcome and informed about our services. You must be organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, and prioritize your workload effectively.

We're seeking a dynamic and organized Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of san studio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness, exceptional leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. As Studio Manager, you will be responsible for managing Front Desk staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and driving the overall success of the studio.

General Operations:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow

• Oversee the studio on a day-to-day basis to ensure the studio and boutique remain in a neat and orderly condition

• Handling all day-to-day operations including maintenance of the studio, managing third party service providers, ordering supplies, and assisting with inventory management and merchandising

• Responsible for scheduling classes on Mariana Tek and managing the Teacher's schedule

Staff Management:

• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise Front Desk staff

• Schedule and conduct regular meetings with the owner to discuss scheduling and communicate boutique and studio needs

• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment

Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly

• Manage client accounts, including memberships, billing, and scheduling

• Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere

Sales and Marketing:

• Promote studio services through our marketing platform

• Track and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for growth

• Coach Front Desk staff on membership sales and credit packs
