Perfect for those who want to tone with a touch of cardio. This journey is designed to focus on targeted movements that get your heart rate up through the use of heavy spring resistance and dynamic movements to effectively tone and sculpt.

This journey is all about creating space in the body while incorporating light toning exercises, and is an excellent choice for recovery or working on alignment.
